Supreme Court described Justice R.M. Lodha Committee report of BCCI as “straightforward, rational and understandable”, it sternly advised the cricket body to “fall in line” with the recommendations and save itself from further trouble. SC said recommendations deserve respect because they have  come from the most respected members of the legal community and also they have done extensive deliberations with all stakeholders. Punchhi Commission & Its Recommendations The Punchhi Commission on Centre – State relation was constituted on April 28, 2007  by the UPA government, under the chairmanship of former Chief Justice of India Justice Madan Mohan Punchhi, which submitted its report on April 20, 2010. The Punchhi commission made very pertinent observations regarding the qualifications, appointment and removal of governors. As for qualifications pertaining to governor, the Punchhi Commission was forthright in suggesting that the nominee should not have participated in active politics at even local level for at least a couple of years prior to his appointment. RBI releases Report of the Mohanty committee on Financial Inclusion Committee on Medium-term Path on Financial Inclusion   is an experts committee formed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on 15 July 2015 to create a five-year plan for   financial inclusion   in India.
